Terms of Use

v1.1.0 // Simple guidelines for the platform

// 01

Using the Beacon

By using the AI Beacon, you're agreeing to these simple guidelines. If they don't work for you, please discontinue use. These terms cover everything from the Lenses and Prompt Bank to the articles and research.

// 02

Resource Usage

I believe in sharing knowledge. Here is how you can use the materials on this site:

  • Prompts: These are Public Domain (CC0). Feel free to use, modify, and build with them commercially without needing to credit me.
  • Code: Snippets are provided under the MIT License. Use them as you see fit, but please implement them carefully.
  • Content: Deep Dives and Lenses are my own original work. Please don't redistribute or copy these without permission.
// 03

Community Conduct

While I don't require accounts to explore the site, I ask that anyone interacting with search or newsletters treats the platform with respect. Any attempts to scrape data excessively or interfere with the site's performance isn't cool and may result in access being restricted.

// 04

Important Reminders

The AI world moves fast. I aggregate insights from many sources, and while I strive for accuracy, AI models change and prompts can lose efficacy. Use these tools as a starting point for your own exploration.

Everything here is provided "as is." I'm sharing my research and tools to help you build, but the final implementation and results are in your hands.

// 05

Updates

I'll occasionally update these terms as the platform evolves. If there are major changes, I'll mention it in the newsletter or put a note up on the site.

Thank you for reading
